1.5oz Espadín
.75oz Pineapple juice
.75oz Pear syrup
.75oz Lemon juice
Tajin for rim
Wet edge of glass and dip in Tajin. Combine ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake well and strain into a short glass over fresh ice. Might want to batch this one, you’ll be back for more.
