2oz Cenizo
.75oz Banana Liqueur
1oz Vermouth (Blanco)
A Few Dashes of Mole or Chocolate Bitters
Sal de Gusano
Dip side of glass in the sal de gusano and set aside. Combine ingredients in a mixing glass with ice. Stir until chilled and strain into sal de gusano dipped coup glass. Welcome to the midnight zone!
